Placing an Order

Ordering has never been this easy before! Simply follow the instructions, filling the required fields with the necessary information. Please be informed that inadequate or wrong information will delay the processing of your order. Be especially careful when entering numbers. Correct billing addresses are required, as well as confirmation if being shipped to a different location.

    Processing time and shipping methods for US orders

    All orders are subject to verification (which could delay processing)
  • Monday-Thursday: Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET
  • Friday: Orders placed before 1:00 AM EST

    Orders placed on a later time in the day are processed the next business day.

    Damage or shortage claims

    All Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery.


    Return Policy

    GARMENT-DYED APPAREL: Shade variations are inherent in the garment dying process. Garment dyed goods should be washed separately in cold water before wearing.

    PRICING (Prices are subject to change without notice, Customs & Duites are responsibilty of the buyer)

    PIECE PRICE:All items may be purchased individually at piece price.

    RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Please inspect your merchandise before printing. We cannot accept returns on decorated or washed garments under any circumstances. Defective merchandise must have tape placed over flaw before returning. Returns due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of the products, with a minimum restocking fee of $5.00. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to transportation charges. All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. No goods will be accepted after two weeks from the date of invoice. On orders shipped to parties other than the buyer, it is the responsibility of the buyer to verify accuracy by style, color, size and quantity with the consignee prior to decorating. NewWholesaleTshirts.com cannot and will not be responsible for discrepancies on orders received by parties other than the invoiced customer

    Does not hold any responsibilities and is not obligated to fulfill orders with incorrect pricing or product specifications due to typographical errors. We shall have the right to cancel or refuse any such order without liability.

    Stock Availability

    Merchandise advertised is generally in stock. Should we become oversold due to any unpredicted reason, your order may be delayed for one business day. Rush orders will be notified on the same business day by email.
